The Graduate School at Oxford Brookes University is pleased to offer the following scholarships for international students wishing to undertake full-time taught postgraduate master`s degrees in September 2006.
Scholarships will be awarded for academic excellence and each award will be paid towards the full-time international tuition fee for a taught master`s degree. These scholarships do not include a maintenance grant.
The Graduate Office must receive scholarship applications from candidates by 1 June 2006. Late applications will not be accepted.
Who is eligible?
- You should have or expect to have a good honours degree or equivalent from a recognised institution of higher education, or have experience which demonstrates appropriate knowledge and skills at honours degree standard.
- Candidates receiving awards from other sources of funding which cover all their tuition fees will not be eligible for a taught postgraduate scholarship; eligibility is not affected by funding covering maintenance costs.
- You must have accepted a place on a master`s course at Oxford Brookes University and have paid the required deposit.
- You must meet the University`s English language requirements or be accepted on the University`s pre-sessional English language course.
How do I apply?
All candidates for the scholarships must complete the John Henry Brookes International Scholarship Scheme application form.
