INSEAD Alumni Fund (IAF) Diversity Scholarship(s)

Description:
The INSEAD Alumni Fund (IAF), created in 1977, raises funds from alumni for INSEAD's development. One area of alumni support is for MBA participants from emerging/developing countries.

Eligibility:
Several small scholarships per class will be awarded to candidates in need from emerging/developing countries who can justify the difficulty in raising sufficient finances for their living expenses. Preference will be given to candidates residing in emerging/developing countries. Candidates receiving these awards may expect that the alumni will actively encourage them to make their own contribution to the Alumni Fund in the future.

In no more than 300 words address the following question: Why do you believe you merit a need-based scholarship and what amount do you consider appropriate?
